AUTOMATIC COMBI EC6740

AUTOMATIC COMBI EC6740 is the combination of TIP DRESSER F600 and AUTOMATIC TIP CHANGER EC6740. Installed on leg stand, system is designed to be adjustable (rotation and axial translation) in few minutes without any additional part.  It can be as well embedded on robot prehension arm.

Electrically driven, F600 dressing head is fitted with a cutter rotation sensor. F600 is suitable for welding gun with or without indexing system. Dressing head can be swivelled from 90° to 90°, in the X and Z axis. Full head change can be done in 5 minutes.

AUTOMATIC COMBI EC6740 is very compact and has small footprint. It can be used horizontally or vertically and tip cartridge is circular.

Several options can be added such brightness sensor, blowing system, Ethernet / Profinet, gun init plate, axis alignment, installation kit (machine space calibration tools and cutter centerligning). 

We can supply any type of electrical requirements.

→ We have a portfolio of more than 80 different profile of cutter and we can design for most of electrode type. EXROD cutter will mill thin chip.  Cutter blade is easily removable and interchangeable.

AUTOMATIC COMBI EC7000 

AUTOMATIC COMBI EC7000 is the combination of TIP DRESSER F600 and AUTOMATIC TIP CHANGER EC7000. Installed on leg stand and electrically driven, its strong gearedmotor can extract cap used for strong welding effort and dress tip horizontally. Dresser is suitable for welding gun with or without indexing system and has a cutter rotation sensor integrated.

Several options can be added such as brightness sensor, blowing system, Ethernet / Profinet, gun init plate, axis alignment, installation kit (machine space calibration tools and cutter centerligning), balancer for dresser.

We can supply any type of electrical requirements.

→ We have a portfolio of more than 80 different profile of cutter and we can design for most of electrode type. EXROD cutter will mill thin chip to extend tip lasting.  Cutter blade is easily removable and switchable.
