AUTOMATIC TIP CHANGER EC6740

AUTOMATIC TIP CHANGER EC6740 can be installed on different type of support: on our leg stand, it is adjustable (rotation and axial translation) in few minutes without any additional part or embedded on robot prehension arm (System weight less than 20kg).

AUTOMATIC TIP CHANGER EC6740 is very compact and has small footprint. It can be used horizontally or vertically and tip cartridge is circular. Simultaneous loading for upper and lower tip is possible with circular cartridge.

Several options can be added such as linear tip cartridge, Ethernet / Profinet, installation kit (machine space calibration tools). AUTOMATIC TIP CHANGER EC6740 can be upgraded to COMBI EC6740 with add-on F600.

→ We have a portfolio of more than 80 different profile of cutter and we can design for most of electrode type. EXROD cutter will mill thin chip.  Cutter blade is easily removable and interchangeable.

EC7000

AUTOMATIC TIP CHANGER EC7000 is installed on leg stand. Electrically driven, its strong gearedmotor can extract cap used for strong welding effort. Tip cartridge can be else linear or circular.

Several options can be added such as Ethernet / Profinet, installation kit (machine space calibration)… AUTOMATIC CHANGER EC7000 can be upgraded to COMBI EC7000 with add-on F600.

We can supply any type of electrical requirements.
