TIP DRESSER F600
TIP DRESSER F600 is a very adaptable electrode tip dresser machine. Installed on leg stand, system is designed to be adjustable (rotation and axial translation) in few minutes without any additional part. F600 is suitable for welding gun with or without indexing.
Electrically driven, F600 is fitted with a cutter rotation sensor.
F600 dressing head can be swivelled from 90° to 90°, in the X and Z planes. Full head change can be done in 5 minutes.
Several options can be added such as balancer lockable, brightness sensor, blowing system, Ethernet / Profinet, installation kit (cutter centerligning). F600 dresser is interchangeable and can be installed on indexed swing arm or combi. F600 can be upgraded to combi EC6740.

F600 INDEXED SWING ARM
SWING ARM TIP DRESSER F600 is the adaptable electrode tip dresser machine for fixed welding guns. System is mounted on a globoidal cam indexing turntable (No mechanical stop). There are 3 possible angles: 90° or 135° or 180°. This technology is providing strong accuracy and efficiency: precision at dresser is +/- 0,2mm and cycle time below 6sec.
The swing arm length is available from 600mm to 1200mm and mechanical setting can be carried out in 15min with 1 person.
SWING ARM TIP DRESSER F600 dressing head can be swivelled from 90° to 90°, in the X and Z axis. Full head change can be done in 5 minutes.
